How the returns cost is calculated

  • Refund loss

    refund rate × (sale + admin fee + your label + handling) − refund rate × resell % × product cost

    You give the money back, pay the admin fee and your part of the label, and win back the cost of items you can sell again.

  • Refund admin fee

    admin fee = min(125.000 ₫20% × sale × referral %)

    TikTok refunds the referral fee on a refunded order but keeps 20% of it, up to 125.000 ₫. Creator commission is reversed.

  • Cash lost per return

    admin fee + your label + handling + (1 − resell %) × product cost

    This is the real cash hit of one return, on top of handing back the sale.
