Pick your placement
Ads have the biggest bottom margin because of the CTA button. Organic posts need less room.

Draw boxes at these pixel values on a 1080 × 1920 canvas and keep text, faces and logos inside the clear area.
Check long captions
TikTok says the safe zone shrinks as captions get longer and add-ons are used. A 4-line caption needs about 1,014 px at the bottom.
